It’s the time of year to kick start yourself back into peak fitness with 121 personal training sessions at Wimbledon BJJ!
The instructor brings over 20 years’ experience of fitness training and martial arts coaching to the sessions, which are tailor made for each client to maximise their full potential.
No two sessions are the same!
The sessions are a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning and draw upon a mix of specific fitness drills from Boxing, Thai Boxing, Judo, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. These sessions are challenging and really push you physically and mentally, as well as getting you into the shape of your life and increasing self-confidence and motivation.
